Excalibur NanoFilm
Impact-activated nanocoating, up to 85× thicker protection.
Excalibur NanoFilm goes beyond ordinary ceramic and nano coatings. Its impact-activated chemistry reacts to mechanical stress, instantly reinforcing the surface where it is needed most. The result is a thicker, tougher and longer-lasting protective film for the most demanding automotive, aerospace and industrial surfaces.

What it is
Excalibur NanoFilm is an impact-activated nanotechnology coating that builds a protective layer up to 85 times thicker than conventional coatings, hardening on contact to absorb impacts and resist scratches, chemicals and corrosion.
Key features
Impact-activated
The film hardens on impact, dispersing energy across the surface and absorbing shocks that would chip ordinary coatings.
Up to 85× thicker
A substantially thicker protective layer than standard nano and ceramic coatings, for protection that lasts.
Super-hydrophobic
Water, mud and grime bead up and roll off, keeping surfaces cleaner for longer and easing maintenance.
Chemical & corrosion resistant
Shields against road salt, acids, UV and oxidation that cause fading, etching and rust.
UV & gloss stability
Locks in depth and gloss while protecting the substrate from sun-driven degradation.
Easy to maintain
A slick, low-friction surface means faster washes, fewer products and a finish that stays showroom-fresh.

Frequently asked questions
Excalibur NanoFilm forms a protective layer up to 85 times thicker than conventional nano and ceramic coatings, which is a key reason for its superior impact and abrasion resistance.
The coating reacts to mechanical stress: on impact it momentarily hardens and disperses energy across the surface, absorbing shocks that would otherwise chip or scratch the finish.
Durability depends on the substrate and conditions, but the thicker, harder film is engineered to outlast standard ceramic coatings significantly when professionally applied and maintained.
Excalibur NanoFilm is formulated for automotive, aerospace, marine and industrial surfaces. A certified installer assesses each substrate and prepares it correctly before application.
